International Monopolist Store Chain International Monopolist Store Chain Enterprise Management Association is an international trade organization shouldering the task of uniting franchised enterprises and institutions and promoting the sound, honest, credible and stable development of trades, for the purpose of “serving the enterprises, regulating the trades and developing the industries”. In addition to its secretariat in Beijing, International Monopolist Store Chain Enterprise Management Association also, in line with professions, sets up a water & home-appliance branch and 7 committees in such professions as industry self-regulation, chain-store operation, as well as brand planning, training and certification, jade & jewelry, tea culture, and gifts. Presently, this association has 10 director members and over 500 organization members including enterprises e.g. Wu Yu Tai, Bian Yi Fang, Zhang Yi Yuan, Tong Ren Tang, South Beauty, Wang Zhi He, Elephant King Laundry, Little Sheep Catering, Colorful Yunnan, Super 8, which are found everywhere in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and cities) in the whole country as well as in other regions e.g. the U.S., ROK, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This association takes possession of over 100 government consultants and experts and scholars in various trades, together with nearly 100 cooperative media (in such trades as financial magazine, television, internet, subway, railway, bus-waiting shelter and building). The association has provided enterprises with various types of service related to informative information by sponsoring the "Franchising in China" and other publications, as well as the website of International Monopolist Store Chain Enterprise Management Association, the brand release platform and the "China Franchised-brand Forum” etc. By co-hosting the Franchising Exhibition and the Entrepreneurship Project Promotion with government agencies in In cooperation with Tsinghua University and Renmin University, the association runs the “Advanced Training Course on Franchise Management & Innovation Practice” and the “Investment Technique & Practice Course of Chain Projects”, fostering excellent chain-store operation and management professionals for enterprises and providing them with intellectual support in sustainable development. Through some brand demonstration activities such as “credible franchised brands” and “ While taking the initiative to assist enterprises in opening up International markets, the association establishes wide-spread contacts and cooperation with government agencies and brand associations in regions such as North America, Hong Kong and Taiwan, organizing and undertaking the project financing fairs, sponsor orientation, economic and trade seminars, business tours and other activities for monopolist store & chain projects, thus promoting the external cooperation and development of enterprises. For the international (oversea) brands intending to enter Chinese markets, the association is responsible for helping lubricate their relationship with government agencies such as Ministry of Commerce, All-china Federation of Industry and Commerce and MIIT, while planning and undertaking the product investment seminars and new product launches for enterprises.
